We reserve the right to ask for validation of your payment after checkout. Additionally, we are unable to change form of payment once an order has been placed.

 Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit Only. Returns must be delivered to our distribution center within 14 days of receiving your order. We will not accept any returns after this time frame has passed. Please note, return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached.

Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to our Distribution Center. Please allow a full 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. We recommend obtaining proof of postage until you've received your store credit as lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit. Please note, in-person drop offs will not be accepted at our Distribution Center or Corporate Office.

 

 

FINAL SALE (NON RETURNABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS)

Bodysuits, Intimates, Undergarments, Swimwear, Dresses/Playsuits with Built-In Undergarments or include Undergarments, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Bags, & all items marked as $5.99, $8.99, $9.99 and $11.99 are not eligible for return. If an item is Final Sale, it will be listed in its Product Description.

 
exchanges

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item, please refer back to 'Return Policy'.

 

damaged, defective or wrong items shipped

Damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported to us with photos within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we cannot issue credit.

  

reserved rights regarding returns

Ez-On BaBeez reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from 
customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Additionally, Ez-On BaBeez reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

 

Non-Ez-On BaBeez items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
